Women Hiking Gear
is there a military person out there who uld like to help me with packing my ruck?
i am collecting army gear from the 1970s and am not sure how to pack the ruck or even know what gear is to be in the ruck. i have been planning on packing what was carried on a very long hike through west germany or even up in northern canada. i was even looking at the old alice gear and what was carried in/on it. i have also been looking at the differances between what was carried by the men and the women. any help would be greatfull.
by the way, i read a few old manuals and unless the military actualy packs shoe shine kits in thier rucks, i need someone who knows better
I wish I could help you pack. Well you are going to need water, change of socks, wet weather gear. Cold weather gear, like a hot or a sweater. Maybe insect repellant. Snack bars.
