How can I get rid of rash on my ankles?
Due to the recent snowy weather, I haven't had my hiking boots off my feets for ages.
I usually wear shoes that I don't wear socks with and it seems that wearing socks with my boots have caused a very itchy rash. They are just small red bumps, it looks and feels like prickly heat! It is so itchy. it doesn't itch when I am wearing my socks, its when I take them off and the air gets to it, and when I shower/bath it burns.
I've been using germoline and Sudocrem on the rash but it doesn't seem to help
Any ideas on what I can use to get rid of it?
use hydrocortisone cream, get it at walgreens its cheap
