Going to the big island of Hawaii. need some advice and info?
please tell me what I need for what is a very rugged hike through the lava, types of shoes, what I need to take in the back pack. for I have never experienced this before. so I need to know everything you can tell me that will make my experience on the big Island fun. Thank you
my hubby and i have been to Hawaii a few times and we love it. try the travel website/ Samantha brown girl goes Hawaii she in on the travel channel and talks a lot about what to see and do. but we have DVDs of the islands and such and they say if you hike you need long pants jacket, walking shoes flashlight water and some type of snacks.
