right, tomorrow i am going on a 3 day hike - 7 hours each day
i am a small 15 year old and my bag weighs 14kg!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
how can i pack it to make it easier to handle???

well all the things you say you are having in the bag sound pretty essential, so you probably wont be able to leave any of them behind, (from what i can remember of doing my d of e anyway). the only way really could be to either try and strap some things to your waist, or have them strapped onto the bag. the bag will still weigh the same but the level of balance could make it easier to handle. good luck!
