Which Utah National Park would you go to?
We'll have about 4 days to spend in the 4-corners area in early July.
What park(s) would you recommend?
We're VERY outdoorsy, looking to backpack and day hike. We'll have our gear for rappelling and ascending rope with us... so any kind of rappels we could do, would be cool. From what I've heard, Canyonlands has a lot of different environments to visit within the park itself.
Any help/opinions would be great!
Head to Canyon Lands and Arches nation parks. Moab is a great little town and a good place to rent 4-wheel drive jeeps. I would spend at least one day in Arch's and 3 in Canyon lands. Deadhorse State park is a nice stop for a couple of hours. You also might want to take a white water raft trip down the Green river, really cool.
