Any other places in Oahu worth going to besides the ones listed below?
Also, any good tips/descriptions of the palces we are planning to go to? I know I can get info from a guide book but I prefer hearing from people who live in or have been to Oahu.
So, we are staying for 15 nights and 16 days in Oahu from in Late August and Early September; Staying in Waikiki.
So, we've planned to Visit
-Hanauma Bay
-Lanikai Beach
-Kailua Bay (maybe Goat's Island if it's not too much of a hassle to go through getting there)
- Polynesian Cultural Center
-Waimea Bay
- Shark's Cove
- Arizona Memorial/ Battleship Missouri
- Sunset Beach Park
- Laniakea Beach (Turtle Beach)
- Hiking Manoa Falls
Sea Life Park is worth visiting. They have dolphins, large aquarium exibits, and you can feed sea turtles. http://www.hawaiiweb.com/html/sea_life_park.html
Also, hiking Diamond Head is pretty interesting.
